Well done well. She’s currently in the middle of her second book and hopes to have this as by the end of the year. Welcome Trish whereabouts in the world are you joining us from today?

Trish Tagle
Hello Al. I’m from New York,

Al McBride
New York,

Trish Tagle
all the way across the pond

Al McBride
and across the pond. Yes, I’m a huge fan in New York. I was there many years ago by 2006. In a previous life as an art dealer. I was there for about a month and it was one of those best months, probably of my outstanding times outstnding adventures and all sorts of interesting people. So huge, soft spot for New York. It is great place. It is a great place, and great stuff. All right. Let’s dive in to your nine minutes, which start now. So question one, who’s your ideal client and what’s the Biggest challenge they face?

Trish Tagle
My ideal client is a mid to large business.

Trish Tagle
Well, small, sometimes small business do it with at least 5 million. They’re making at least 5 million gross and they sell services. Because that’s my background, mostly it is in selling services not so much products even though fashion we sold product, a lot more of my experiences in selling services and the fact the challenges that the face, they’re more basically, they’re not getting to where they need to go. And they don’t understand why. Or they see, morale is dropping or, you know, they’re client, they’re losing clients and they can’t really figure out on their own what’s wrong.

Al McBride
Alrighty, so just just below eight minutes left So, second question fits nicely in there. What are the common mistakes people make when trying to solve a problem?

Trish Tagle
A lot of times people keep just trying to fit solutions, like, oh, let’s do this instead. Well, that’s not working, so let’s do this instead. And then it’s not working. So let’s, they keep trying on their own instead of bringing somebody from the outside in. And that’s their largest mistake is bringing somebody from the outside because a lot of times, they’ll have an objective perspective on your issue and be able to deliver you, you know, help you get to your solution faster.

Al McBride
Okay, so that a lot of the time they can see the wood from the trees, they’re kind of

Trish Tagle
Yeah, I mean, most people in their own business, right, you’re too close to it. You know, you have too much invested that. You don’t want to shake it up too much because it’s about you too

Al McBride
Right. So there’s a lot of emotional investment in certain things. Oh, that’s not the problem. That’s the problem. Yeah. Oh, that’s okay. Okay, very good. So just six and a half minutes left. So what is one valuable free action that the audience come in implement that will help them with this issue?

Trish Tagle
Well, I’d say hire me.

Al McBride
It’s direct approach there.

Trish Tagle
And I’ll get you to your action plan in one day, which is actually the Seize framework that I use. It’s done all done in one day. But aside from that, is pay attention. Pay attention to the people that are working on the day to day because they usually have the answers. You might think you have the answer because you’re the Top Gun. But no, it’s the guys working with day to day ask them the question. And you’ll get your answer.

Al McBride
Okay, so it’s the people in the trenches who really know how the business is operating where those issues are. Yeah, okay. Okay, very good. What is one valuable free resource that you can direct people to that will help with this issue this problem?

Trish Tagle
I will give you the URL, but I do have something on the website that you can download. And it’s, it’ll help you quickly get to your action. It’s a way to get to an action plan. I’m not going to give it away. I’m not going to talk about what’s inside it if I want it to be at all surprised. Because people people will be like, Oh, this is so simple. Well, yes. But guess what? The End product is, you know, oh, this is what I need to do. So, yeah, so like I said, I will give you the URL. You’ll have it in the show notes

Al McBride
it will be under this video. Yeah. Absolutely and a good source available that your website, I believe Trish Tagle.com Yes. Yes. Excellent stuff. So, four and a half minutes left. So question five. What’s the one question I should have asked you, that would be great value to our audience.

Trish Tagle
That’s a hard one. Can’t thingk right now. Okay, so the one question probably is why I do my my one day summits in person is because it helps me feel get the feeling of a dynamic in the room and it helps Basically, when I get the feeling of the people in the room and how they interact, then I can formulate the questions that I need to ask a lot better.

Al McBride
Okay, so it’s very customized to the group they are working with. Can you talk to us a bit more about that? I thought one day so much.

Trish Tagle
Basically, what it is, is I go in, and I work with the stakeholders, primarily stakeholders, if it’s a really large corporation, it might be an accountant, okay, but it’s all the top people so you know, your top account director, project, manager, tech, whomever, whatever, whoever it is, and we all sit together in the room and one day, so at the end of the day, you don’t get a doorstop of a deck, you basically get maybe a couple of pages, but in those couple of pages, you have the action plan and the action plan.

Trish Tagle
It’s quantified basically as prioritiezed rather by a formula, so you know what to do 123. And you just follow that and you get to your, you know, your goal. And it’s proprietary. So I can’t tell you what that formula is. But there’s a formula that does prioritize the action plan. And it’s extremely good, I should say so myself

Al McBride
It’s extremely effective. Excellent stuff. The tell us just as a next question, just have two and a half minutes left. What is it? What are some of the aspects that you love most about your work? Because you’re It sounds like you’re working with people an awful lot, you’re also helping implement quite substantial change. So what are some of those aspects that really, really maybe hit some of those values for you, you really get a thrill out of, you know,

Trish Tagle
I don’t like seeing people having a hard time.

Al McBride
Right.

Trish Tagle
So once they get to their the point where everything’s like well oiled machine. Then I it’s it’s exciting. It’s it’s like wow, you know, I was part of this in some way obviously they’re the ones doing the work, but I helped them get I helped them get clarity over what it is that they needed to see. And yeah, I think I think solving, you know, solving puzzles is great. I love it. That’s what I love is helping people

Al McBride
unlocking the mysteries and solving puzzles. Excellent stuff. Excellent stuff. Yep. Well, that’s brilliant stuff. Thank you very much Trish. Okay, any last thoughts or questions?

Trish Tagle

Lots of subscribing. Brilliant stuff. Well, thank you for that. Thank you for those insights trician it’s an excellent resource for anyone in that situation where maybe they need to, particularly in these times with COVID upsetting companies all over the world. People suddenly that bit more when you know, it’s quite a wake up call when you suddenly have 50 or 80% drop in revenue, you need to do something and drastic.

Al McBride
And you really need guidance from people who’ve been there before, who have helped navigate companies back to safer waters and to be prosperous again. So I know from experience Trish really knows her stuff, and has helped many, many people in many companies. So excellent stuff. Thanks again. Trish.
